The seeds are send in an unmarked envelope, like a normal letter. Almost all orders are received by the customers without any problems. When seeds do not arrive on the place of destination we cannot refund the money or send the seeds again, but we will publish such a case anonymously on internet. So, it is important to inform us if anything goes wrong with the delivery. Others can learn from this! Furthermore, it is important to closely follow the instructions about the germination of seeds.
